360 Residences (Mesa) Project
Construction is anticipated to be completed in the first quarter of 2008. There will be 11,000 square feet of ground floor retail space as well as 207 housing units available. Visit http://www.360residences.com/

   

Bassler Haynes
The historic Bassler Haynes building includes 6,000 square feet of retail space at the northeast corner of Second and East Santa Clara Streets.

   

Crescent Jewelers
The Crescent Jewelers site is an historic unreinforced masonry building undergoing renovation.  When complete, the building will have 6,500 square feet of retail space at the northwest corner of San Fernando and First Streets. Estimated completion date October 2007

   

Kotansky:
The Kotansky building is an historic unreinforced masonry building undergoing renovation. When complete, the building will have 9,500 square feet of retail space at East Santa Clara Street and Fountain Alley between First and Second Streets.

   

Porter Stock:
The historic Porter Stock building is undergoing renovation, which will create 6,000 square feet of retail space at 83-91 South First Street.

   

Proposed San Jose Ballpark Stadium
Proposed San Jose baseball stadium is in a preliminary analysis stage. San Jose is preparing an Environmental Impact Report and Conceptual Analysis for a baseball stadium located at the northwest corner of Park Avenue and Autumn Street.

   

The City Heights Housing Project
The City Heights Housing Project will have 124 for sale units (16 floors) at the Northwest Corner of W. St. James and San Pedro St. The estimated completion is the second quarter of 2007.

   

The Guadalupe River Park & Gardens
The Guadalupe River Park & Gardens encompasses the restoration of the historic Guadalupe River and the beautification of a three mile trail in Downtown San Jose while providing flood control to the river. Visit http://www.grpg.org/

   

The Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport
The Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport expansion project aims to improve customer service upgrades that will be completed by 2010. Key improvements involve the remodeling of Terminal A, the removal of Terminal C and the construction of a new terminal B and its north concourse. Visit http://www.sjc.org/
