The 88 at Central Place
The CIM Group, Wilson Meany Sullivan, Stockbridge Real Estate Funds and the San Jose Redevelopment Agency are constructing on the first phase of a major mixed
use project, The 88 at Central Place . When phase one is completed,
there will be 197 high rise housing units, a new plaza connecting
2nd and 3rd Streets and approximately 31,000 square feet of retail
space. The second phase includes 205 housing units and approximately
26,000 square feet of retail space.
