The CIM Group recently began construction on the first phase of a major mixed use project, 'Heart of the City'.  The first phase includes 17,000 square feet of retail space - leased to Lucky Strike Lanes - and 74 residential units.  Over 100 underground parking spaces will also be provided in the first phase.

 

The CIM Group is based in Hollywood, CA and has extensive experience with retail and historic districts, including Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade and San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter.

A lease has been signed with Lucky Strike Lanes for the entire space.  Lucky Strike Lanes is a hip and sophisticated take on the traditional bowling alley.
