Our biggest retail project, now under construction is The CIM Group's major mixed use project, 'Heart of the City' at the Second and Santa Clara site.  The first phase includes 17,500 square feet of retail space - leased to Lucky Strike Lanes - and 74 residential units.  Over 100 underground parking spaces will also be provided by the first phase of the project.
